Affiliate and Referral Policy

This Affiliate and Referral Policy explains how Fellowship of Living Systems (“FLS”) shares data, routes leads, and coordinates with partner organizations. It is designed to provide transparency to our users about how their information may move between affiliated entities within our ecosystem.

1. Affiliated Organizations

FLS operates in coordination with the following organizations:

  • Regenerative Impact Alliance (RIA) — A 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing coordination infrastructure, fiscal sponsorship, and community development support. Website: ria.earth
  • Pulse of Kakuma — A visibility platform for community-led initiatives inside Kakuma Refugee Camp, hosted at kakuma.shannondobbs.com

These organizations share leadership, strategic direction, and in some cases, digital infrastructure. They are operationally distinct but mission-aligned.

2. How Data May Be Shared

When you submit a form on any FLS, RIA, or Kakuma property, your information (name and email) may be shared between these organizations in the following circumstances:

  • Resource fulfillment — If you request a resource that is co-produced or hosted by a partner organization
  • Program referral — If you express interest in a program administered by a partner (e.g., the Sori funnel on RIA, DICB coordination on Kakuma)
  • Email nurture sequences — Follow-up emails may reference or introduce related programs from partner organizations
  • CRM coordination — All organizations operate within a shared GoHighLevel CRM environment for contact management

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell leads or contact information to any third party outside our ecosystem
  • We do not share your data with unaffiliated organizations without your explicit consent
  • We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the content or program you engaged with

4. Funnel-to-Funnel Referrals

Our digital properties use a funnel architecture where completing one opt-in may introduce you to related resources or programs. For example, a lead entering through the Fire Specialist Guide on FLS may later receive information about RIA’s broader coordination infrastructure. A contact from the Kakuma Connect form may be introduced to RIA’s support programs. These referrals happen within our email sequences and thank-you pages, not through selling or transferring your data externally.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of communications from any organization in our ecosystem at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of one organization’s emails will be honored by that organization. If you wish to be removed from all affiliated communications, contact us directly and we will ensure removal across all properties.

6. Financial Relationships

FLS and RIA share operational resources and strategic direction under common leadership. No affiliate commissions or referral fees are paid between these organizations for lead sharing. All data sharing is for mission fulfillment, not commercial gain.
